MOUHEZ.NET UPLOAD ~
mouhez.net tai sen ylläpitäjät/vastuuhenkilöt eivät ota vastuuta palvelimelle lähetetyistä tiedostoista, vaan tiedoston lähettäjä on täysin vastuussa lähettämistään tiedostoista.
Käyttäjällä täytyy olla tekijänoikeudet tai lupa tiedoston käyttöön. Käyttäjän vastuulla on myöskin huolehtia, että tiedoston sisältämä materiaali ei ole laitonta.
Jokaisen käyttäjän IP-osoite, haetun/lähetetyn tiedoston nimi ja selaimen tiedot otetaan ylös.
mouhez.net nor it's administrators take no responsibility for the files uploaded on the server, the uploaders are fully responsible for the files they upload.
Users must be authorized (copyright-wise) to upload the file. Users are also responsible to make sure that the file does not contain illegal (in Finland nor in the country they may be located at) material.
The IP address, file uploaded/downloaded and the information sent by the browser/client of every user will be logged.
